The wrenches themselves appear to be well-made and sturdy. I have not had a chance to put them to the test working on my car yet, but when turning a few bolts in my workshop, I found the ratcheting mechanism to be very smooth. There is still some minor play between the ratchet and the bolt that is fit-dependent, and the tightness of the fit on the bolt will determine if you truly get the quoted 2.5° of turn before engaging the ratcheting mechanism. In real life, I think the play that you get ends up giving you a bit more than 2.5° before the ratcheting mechanism engages, but that being said, it is much less play than my lower quality ratcheting wrenches have, and I’m happy with their performance. I saw on an earlier review that somebody had complained about not receiving flex head wrenches, but the product I received was the correct product and had the flex heads as advertised. As a side note I would’ve appreciated if they hadn’t made me sign for the package when they delivered it, because I ended up having to go to the UPS warehouse outside the city limits to pick up the item when they couldn’t deliver it in person to me, since I wasn’t available to sign. Other than that, though, the product itself appears to be a very high quality and is in line with other Milwaukee hand tools that I have. It’s also nice to know that they have a lifetime warranty in case of breakage or wear and that Milwaukee will replace the product if you have issues with it.
