Guitar arrived in only a few days after ordering. Was in a single cardboard box wrapped in a styrofoam sleeve. Was initially pleased with front appearance of the guitar. Looking at it closer reveiled that the neck heel has separated from the guitar body. Many cosmetic flaws in the binding and the entire body had grit or paint specks giving it a rough feel. I like the look of the headstock, tuners are inexpensive but functional, fretboard fake, fret ends need filed, strings are okay, bridge fine. Accessories are lower quality but usable. Overall if the heel hadn't separated from the body, I would have fixed some of the other issues. But credit to them for accepting my request to return it for a refund.This guitar is made out of very light wood and even finger tapping is scary. lol The strings ring even when perfectly noted however, I will say once tuned up you can get an okay sound out of playing standard chords. The capo isn't going to work and will only make the strings ring. The neck itself is every short and not full sized. The pick guard was just a sticker that wasn't even sized up right to fit the body of the guitar. The case is paper thin and it is so tight you can hardly fit it in the case without breaking something. The tuner was the best thing in the package. lol The neck strap isn't the right type of this guitar. It came with an alen key and for what? who knows lol?? The picks are bass guitar picks and very heavy,thick, and big. Overall I'm not very pleased with this product its almost unplayable and very poor quality wood. If I can mange to keep it for a few years I guess it will be used to try and teach my children from the beginning. Long story short I wouldn't recommend this package for really anyone. There are far better options in this price range.Has a great sound and plays well! Only issue is there is a dead fret on it. Other than that it is a nice guitar.Perfect set up for school one stop shop and actually good quality products.Bought this for a friend who wanted to learn to play. She absolutely loves it. Once she got it tuned and let the strings settle in, it sounded great!Guitar came quickly and is very nice looking.
